All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and logos, is the property of Sne Designs Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for completed work are transferred to the client as specified in the project agreement.
Projects are governed by a separate agreement that outlines scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, payment terms, and revision policies. We reserve the right to refuse service for any project that conflicts with our values or capabilities.
SNE Form and Sne Designs Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We treat all client information and project materials as confidential. We will not share your project details or personal information without your consent, except as required by law.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ontario courts.
